The notion of generalized Sasakian-space-form (GSSF) was introduced in [\textit{P. Alegre} et al., Isr. J. Math. 141, 157--183 (2004; Zbl 1064.53026)], as an almost contact metric manifold \((M,\Phi ,\xi,\eta,g)\), whose curvature tensor field satisfies a certain relation. The present paper gives some conditions under which:NEWLINENEWLINE \noindent - a projectively flat GSSF is of constant curvature;NEWLINENEWLINE \noindent - a GSSF is projectively flat;NEWLINENEWLINE \noindent - a projectively semi-symmetric GSSF is of constant curvature;NEWLINENEWLINE \noindent - a GSSF is conformally flat.NEWLINENEWLINE Then second-order parallel symmetric tensor fields on a GSSF are studied.
