Assume that \((M,\alpha+\beta)\) is a Randers space and let \(N^L\) its Lorentz nonlinear connection. An Ingarden mechanical system is a pair \(\Sigma_{IF}=\left(IF^n,F_e\right)\), where \(IF^n=(M,\alpha+\beta,N^L)\) and \(F_e\) is an external force related by some evolution equations of Lagrange type. For \(\Sigma_{IF}\), in the paper under review, the author determines the canonical semispray, the fundamental equations, the canonical nonlinear connection and the metrical linear connection.
