The authors study the asymptotic equivalence of stable solutions of the \(n\)-dimensional differential equations with piecewise constant argument NEWLINE\[NEWLINEx'(t)= A(t)+ B(t) x(\gamma(t))NEWLINE\]NEWLINE and NEWLINE\[NEWLINEy'(t)= A(t)y(t)+ f(t,y(t)),y(\gamma(t))),NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(\gamma(t)\) is a step function. By using Gronwall type inequalities several new results are obtained.
