Stress state in an infinite cylinder of arbitrary cross section with a tunnel defect under harmonic oscillations of longitudinal shear (English)
0 references
The authors propose solutions of the problems on determining the stress state near the defects (cracks and thin rigid inclusions) in an infinite cylinder of arbitrary cross-section under longitudinal shear oscillations. A technique is presented that allows to satisfy separately the conditions on the inclusion surface and those on the solid boundary. Approximate formulas for calculating the stress intensity factors are obtained to investigate the influence of the oscillation frequencies and the defect type and location on the factor values.
