On the \(q\)-derivatives of a new sequence of operators (English)

For the operators introduced in [\textit{A. Aral} and \textit{V. Gupta}, Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 72, No. 3--4, 1171--1180 (2010; Zbl 1180.41012)], the authors prove a simultaneous approximation by the \(q\)-derivatives using the \(q\)-moments. It is also proved that for fixed \(q\) these operators do not possess simultaneous approximation properties.
