In this paper, the author proves five theorems concerning necessary and sufficient conditions for a convex quadrilateral to be tangential, that is, a convex quadrilateral having a circle inside to it which is tangent to all four sides. Those theorems, regarding angles and circle, are complementary to the 20 characterizations given by the same author in [Forum Geom. 11, 65--82 (2011; Zbl 1222.51011); ibid. 12, 63--77 (2012; Zbl 1247.51011)].
