The paper under review establishes the strong law of large numbers (fluid limit theorems) for open multiserver queueing networks. Specifically, it is proved that the long-term average rate of growth of the queue-length process of a multiserver open queueing network under heavy traffic conditions, specified exactly in the paper, strongly converges to a particular vector of rates. Some applications of the main results are provided.
