The Greek original, English translation, and a detailed commentary of a two-page fragment of Theon of Alexandria's commentary on Ptolemy's \textit{Almagest} -- a scholium from (yet unpublished) Book XIII of that commentary taken from codex \textit{Vat.\ gr.} 1087, with \textit{Vat.\ gr.} 1594 used to correct some of the readings from 1087.
