In this paper elastodynamics and wave propagation in fractal micropolar solid media are studied. First, the authors explain the general elastodynamic model in terms of constitutive, kinematic and kinetic balance. They find the analytical solutions of several special problems, as dilatational wave problem, torsional wave problem, in-plane problem, out-of-plane problem. Numerical simulations of the obtained solutions are presented as well.
