Linear operators that preserve sets of primitive matrices (English)
0 references
The paper classifies linear operators that preserve primitive matrices of exponents 1, 2, \(n^2 -2n +1\) and \( n^2-2n+2\) over antinegative semirings. Exponent preservers and strong exponent preservers on the set of all matrices over \(\{0,1\}\) are studied and some results on such preservers of primitive matrices over general commutative antinegative semirings without zero divisors are also included.NEWLINENEWLINEReviewer's remark: Reference [9] should read ``F. G. Frobenius, Über die Darstellung der endlichen Gruppen durch lineare Substitutionen'', location as cited.
