The boundary value problem NEWLINE\[NEWLINE -y''+q(x)y=\lambda y,\; x\in (0,\pi), NEWLINE\]NEWLINE NEWLINE\[NEWLINE y'(0)-hy(0)=0,\; Hy'(\pi)+\lambda y(\pi)=0, NEWLINE\]NEWLINE NEWLINE\[NEWLINE y(d+0)=ay(d-0),\; y'(d+0)=y'(d-0)/a+by(d-0),\; d\in (0,\pi)NEWLINE\]NEWLINE is studied. A generalization of Hochstadt's formula is obtained. There are no inverse problems in the paper.
