The authors prove \(W^{1,2}_p\) estimates and solvability for the Dirichlet problem for second order parabolic equations in simple convex polytopes and non smooth coefficients. They also consider the case of the Neumann problem in a half space. The assumption on the leading coefficients is just the measurability in a tangential direction and small mean oscillation in the other directions.
