Twisted modules and pseudo-endomorphisms (English)

The author studies the relations between certain constructions of twisted modules for vertex operator algebras. He first recalls a realization of twisted modules by using pseudo-endomorphism \(\Delta(h,z)\) from his paper [J. Algebra 196, No. 2, 436--457 (1997; Zbl 0885.17019)]. Then he considers twisted modules constructed by using the concept of contragredient module. The author proves an interesting theorem which gives an isomorphism between the two constructions of twisted modules. He also introduces more general pseudo-derivations and pseudo-endomorphisms.
