Ascents and descents of semistar operations and localizing systems. II (English)

Let \(D\) be an integral domain, for any extension domain \(T\) of \(D\), the concepts of ascents and descents of semistar operations and localizing systems were introduced by the author in the first part [Int. Electron. J. Algebra 7, 152--160 (2010; Zbl 1209.13011)], and their basic properties were also given. In this paper, he gives a large number of counterexamples to show many relations of these basic properties of semistar operations and localizing systems are strict.
