The author deals with a self-dual Josephson junction array system at quantum phase transition, and studies the dynamics of the system on the basis of an effective field theory of a mutual \(U(1) \times U(1)\) Chern-Simons Ginzburg-Landau theory.NEWLINENEWLINEThe author considers a model which has two complex disorder scalar fields coupled to two fluctuating gauge fields, leading to non-trivial response functions, and analyzes the electromagnetic response of the system in different regimes.NEWLINENEWLINEThe author obtains finite universal longitudinal and transverse resistivities satisfying a relation akin to that in the quantum Hall effect of two-dimensional electrons.
