The author studies the system NEWLINE\[NEWLINEx(t+ 1)=\alpha x(t)+ \beta y(t),\quad y(t+ 1)= \gamma x(t)+\delta y(t)/(1+ x(t)+ y(t))NEWLINE\]NEWLINE with positive entries under such conditions that the equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable resp. a global attractor.
