The author provides a numerical method to approximate the inverse of a square matrix. This approach is based on the so-called ''homotopy perturbation method'' (HPM) already presented in literature. Convergence theorems are proved and some numerical examples show the efficiency of the method. Unfortunately, neither error bound nor comparison with other known methods are presented.
