The paper is devoted to the short analysis of the influence of mathematics and mathematical thinking on philosophy and philosophical thinking. The author analyses ideas of Pythagoras, Plato, Archimedes, Hypathia, Aristotle, Descartes, Leibniz, Kant and Husserl and tries to indicate how they influenced the philosophy.
