This paper gives a classification for \(3\)-dimensional Lie groups with left-invariant Lorentz metric and almost harmonic (i.e., with zero curl and divergence) Schouten-Weyl tensor. The main tool of this work is an antisymmetric \(2\)-tensor and a special studied case is when this tensor is itself harmonic.
