The authors study the group \(O(L)\) of such invertible linear operators \(T\) on a complex Lie algebra \(L\) that \([T(x),T(y)]=[x,y]\) for all \(x,y\in L\). The structure of the group \(O(L)\) and its connections with the automorphism group \(\operatorname{Aut}(L)\) are studied.
