Strong base for fuzzy topology (English)

The authors introduce the following notion of a base of a \(L\)-topology \(\delta\) on a set \(X\). A subset \(\mathcal B\subset \delta\) which has the property NEWLINE\[NEWLINE U\in \delta \Longleftrightarrow (x_\alpha \in U \Rightarrow \exists B\in \mathcal B \text{ with } x_\alpha \in B\subseteq U) NEWLINE\]NEWLINE is called a strong base for \(\delta\). Here \(x_\alpha\) denotes a \(L\)-point on \(X\) (see \textit{Y.-M. Liu} and \textit{M.-K. Luo} [Fuzzy topology. Advances in Fuzzy Systems---Applications and Theory. 9. Singapore: World Scientific Publishing Co. x, 353 p. (1997; Zbl 0906.54006)] for the notions related to fuzzy topology).
