Hermiticity conditions for the product of two complex Toeplitz matrices here is considered as a problem of finding a pair of complex Toeplitz matrices, which are reciprocally Hermitian symmetryzators. The methodology of this work is based upon presentation of commutators of certain numerical Toeplitz matrices as a sum of no more than two matrices of rank one, application of block matrices technique and coordinate-less treatment of vectors.
