Mathematical model is constructed based on long wave theory and is described by the linearized dynamic equations of continuity taking into account the Coriolis forces. According to the Helmholtz theorem, the vector field is presented as a superposition of potential and vortex components and by integration initial conditions the Poisson equation is deduced. Numerical computations are performed by the implicit finite difference method.
