This paper is devoted to studies of phonon Hall-effect, when thermal flux is detected in the \( \mathrmNEWLINET \mathrm b_3 \mathrm G \mathrm a_5 \mathrm O_12\) chemical compound; the flux is perpendicular the magnetic field and the temperature gradient. The authors propose a mechanism of transverse heat conductivity of paramagnetic dielectric due to spin-phonon scattering. The corresponding term is taken into account in the right hand part of the kinetic equation.
