A method of permeable particles is proposed for analysis of colliding protoplanetary particles. This method is a modification of the particle method in molecular dynamics. Numerical simulations of collisions are performed with approximating dependences of renewal coefficient. Therefore the physical process in the contact zone are taken into account. The Newton model is used as basic one for collision process.
