Long time behavior of a PDE model for invasive species control (English)

In this work the author proposes a new version of the so-called Trojan Y Chromosome Strategy for eradication of invasive species. Roughly speaking, this strategy consists of introducing in an invasive population of fish a population of supermale Trojan fish that generates a big number of males in the population. This causes the number of females to decline to zero, yielding to the local extinction of the population.NEWLINENEWLINEMathematically the model is formulated as a nonlinear system of PDEs, to show well-posedness and existence of a global attractor being the main goal of the work.
