The stressed-strained state of rock mass near the underground horizontal excavation having section in the shape of an arch is investigated. The case is considered when in a roof of a drift the system of cracks was formed. Each crack is represented by the elongate ellipse with a filler. Numerical researches of stresses in dependence on amount, length, degree of filling of cracks and physical-mechanical properties of rock mass are conducted
