Research of joint fluctuations of a flat elastic bottom of a cylindrical vessel and ideal fluid with a free surface is conducted. The frequency equation and own forms of joint fluctuations is received. The generalized condition of orthogonality of own functions is shown. The equation solution is presented as series by functions at satisfacting condition of orthogonality.
