The problem with moving border for an elastic strip is considered. The method of its reduction to a problem in the fixed area is specified. The equation describing evolution of border, contains arbitrary parameters of length of curve, its curvature and density of energy of elastic deformations. The estimation of norms quotients and products of functions is received.
