In this paper, it is considered the topology of splitting of isolated eigenvalues of finite multiplicity of real selfadjoint operators. The main tool of investigation is a certain spectral local diffeomorphism in the space of selfadjoint operators, proposed by \textit{D. Fujiwara}, \textit{M. Tanikawa} and \textit{S. Yukita} [Proc. Jap. Acad., Ser. A 54, 87--91 (1978; Zbl 0416.35054)].
