    The analysis of nonlinear anharmonic perturbations for the elastic waves localized in a crystal layer between anisotropic semispaces (English)

    Analytical representations of nonlinear second harmonics of elastic waves for a wave guide in the form of an elastic layer lying between the same or polytypic anisotropic semispaces are are received. The case of geometrically and physically nonlinear deformation of the anisotropic elastic environment is investigated. The cubic model which is based on representations of elastic potential with square-law and cubic terms on deformations is used at calculations. A known method of a finding of nonlinear indignations in representations of functions of elastic displacement and decomposition abreast on small parameter -- Mach number -- is used in the given work. Numerically-analytical researches of nonlinear wave effects for various types of wave guides are conducted. Wave guides in the form of a monocrystal germanium, located between semispaces from a silicon monocrystal, and also in the form of a layer of chloride of sodium between semispaces from monocrystals germanium and silicon, are considered. The similar investigated case on a considered problem -- about nonlinear anharmonic effects at distribution of the generalized Love waves to structure ``a layer of a monocrystal of cubic system on anisotropic elastic semispace of a similar class of symmetry'', considered by the same authors.
