The method of solving of a problem of visco-elasticity is developed for the generalized flat tension of the anisotropic environment. The creep and relaxation equations are written out, the way of data to an elasticity problem is shown. The method of solving of a problem both for the isotropic environment, and for the anisotropic one is given. Comparison of the received results with already known results is conducted.
