The method of homogeneous solutions is an effective to solve three-dimensional static problems of elastic plates. Similar researches for plates with one plane of elastic symmetry are spent in the given work. To solve the problem of stress state plates, must integrate the equilibrium equations in displacements. Homogeneous solutions are obtained by two ways. Numerical researches of a tension are spent for a plate weakened by an elliptic cavity on which lateral surface exterior efforts are set. Explicit analytical solution anti-plane strain was found. Influence of parameters of anisotropy on places of concentration of pressure is established.
