The present paper is devoted to the study of a Finsler fundamental function of type NEWLINE\[NEWLINEF(x, y)=\frac{\alpha ^m(x, y)}{\beta ^{m-1}(x, y)}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\alpha ^m=a_{i_1...i_m}(x)y^{i_1}...y^{i_m}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE is a \(m\)th root metric and \(\beta =b_i(x)y^i\) is a \(1\)-form.
