The main result is the following: NEWLINENEWLINETheorem 1.1. Let \((M,\xi)\) be a contact 3-fold that admits a positive loop of contactomorphisms \(\{\Phi_l\}\). Suppose that there exists a locally autonomous orbit \(k\) of \(\{\Phi_l\}\). Then the overtwisted 3-fold \((M,\xi^*)\) admits a positive loop of contactomorphisms. The particular case of positive loops of contactomorphisms in a class of overtwisted contact structures is studied.
