In the paper [Kybernetika 43, No. 3, 343--346 (2007; Zbl 1149.06006)], the author demonstrated that there are atomic MV-effect algebras with a non-atomic subalgebra of sharp elements, but the presented example was a non-Archimedean lattice effect algebra. Now, an Archimedean example is presented.
