The author considers existence and uniqueness of solutions to the following singular second order dynamic equation on a time scale NEWLINE\[NEWLINEx^{\triangle^2}(t)+\lambda q(t)f(x)=0NEWLINE\]NEWLINE with three-point boundary value conditions. Here, \(q\in C_{rd}((0,\sigma(1))_{\mathbb{T}}, (0,\infty))\), \(f\in ((0,\infty),(0,\infty))\) which may be singular at \(x=0\). The technique used in this article is the mixed monotone method.
