This paper provides explicit formulae for the spin-refined Reshetikhin-Turaev \(SU(2)\) invariants [\textit{R. Kirby} and \textit{P. Melvin}, Invent. Math. 105, No. 3, 473--545 (1991; Zbl 0745.57006)] of lens spaces. As a corollary, formulae for refined Turaev-Viro \(SU(2)\) invariants [\textit{J. Roberts}, in: W. H. Kazez (ed.), Geometric topology. 1993 Georgia international topology conference, August 2--13, 1993, Athens, GA, USA. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society. AMS/IP Stud. Adv. Math. 2(pt.1), 217--234 (1997; Zbl 0889.57026)] for lens spaces are found.
