By employing the Lyapunov-Razumikhin method the authors obtain global asymptotic and exponential stability results for the following equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINE x'(t)=f_{i_k}(t,x_t), \quad t\in [t_{k-1},t_k), NEWLINE\]NEWLINE NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \Delta x|_{t=t_k}=x(t_k)-x(t_k^-)=I_k(t_k,x(t_k^-)),\;k\in \mathbb{Z}_{+}, NEWLINE\]NEWLINE NEWLINE\[NEWLINE x_{t_0}=\phi(s),\quad -r\leq s\leq 0. NEWLINE\]NEWLINE The results are applied to study uncertain linear switches systems with time-varying delays and with state feedback controller.
