The authors show that, after re-parameterization, every grafting ray in Teichmüller space is a Teichmüller quasi-geodesic and in fact stays in a bounded neighborhood of some Teichmüller geodesic. A key part in the proof is showing that grafting along measured geodesic laminations is \(L\)-Lipschitz with respect to the Teichmüller metric, where \(L\) is a universal constant.
