In this nicely written paper, the author develops the theory of isovariant absolute extensors which were earlier introduced by \textit{R. Palais} [``The classification of \(G\)-spaces'', Mem. Am. Math. Soc. 36, 72 p. (1960; Zbl 0119.38403)]. The author proves the existence of injective objects in the isovariant category and investigates their various properties.
