The authors study the numbers of embeddings of wheel graphs on surfaces of small genera, mainly on torus, double torus, and nonorientable surfaces of genus 1, 2, 3, and 4. To achieve this, the authors study all associated surfaces of the wheel graph (i.e., surfaces obtained by various rotational schemes) and classify these surfaces by genus.
