The paper studies some properties of two families of lattices which are introduced here. Most notably, the characteristic polynomial and the automorphism group of these lattices is computed. Based on one of the families, a family of quasi-strongly regular graphs (which is a weakening of the notion of distance-regular graphs) is constructed.
