A class of Hopfield neural networks with time-varying neutral delays is studied. The author obtains sufficient conditions for the existence of almost periodic solutions of such nets. Then, global exponential stability is proved by means of a fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques. One example is provided to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
