A universal measure for a pencil of conics and the great Poncelet theorem (English)

In this paper, the author investigates the Borel measures for invariant conics under the Poncelet map. Also, he investigates an universal measure for a pencil of conics. Finally, the author presents a new proof for the great Poncelet theorem using this measure. The paper contains new results not just related with projective geometry but also with measure theory.
