A method of inverse formulation of a productive type of knowledge base, based on solution of equations in algebraic structures, is presented. The strategy of the relevant backward inference is directed towards minimization of the number of addressings to an external resource (database or interactive interface). The advantage of the algorithms proposed is confirmed by experiments with a test knowledge base.
