An algorithm based on the wavelets analysis methods was developed in previous papers by the authors. The algorithm allows the localization of discontinuities in calculations of gas dynamical flows by applying of level set methods. Here, the efficiency of an application of the algorithm for adaptation of grids to singularities of the flow is demonstrated.
