Modeling of phase transitions in materials irradiated by heavy ions of high energies (English)

The authors investigate thermal processes in nickel irradiated by heavy ions of high energies in a frame of the thermic peak model when phase transfers are taken into consideration. The modeling of phase transfers dynamics is realised on the base of Stefan's problem in the frame of a melting process. Results are compared with those found when using a model in which phase transfers are not taken into account.
