The purpose of this contribution is to analyze a stationary fermion transport, which generates electric current when the involved particles are charged, between two heat baths connected via a geometric scatterer. As the main result, it is shown that the Landauer-Büttiker formula holds. The main ingredients are Fermi distributions for the thermal statistical distributions of non-interacting fermions in the reservoir, and the quantum transmission probability between the reservoirs.
