The authors study the structure of the domain of minimal upper semicontinuous extensions of set-valued mappings. It is proved that the set of all compact-valued upper semicontinuous mappings is closed in the space of all set-valued mappings endowed with the topology of uniform convergence. A similar assertion is true for the space of densely continuous forms.
